Indications

For the treatment of bacterial keratitis, acute and chronic bacterial conjunctivitis, bacterial ulcers, blepharitis, dacryoadenitis, dacryocystitis and other eye infections caused by sensitive strains. It is also indicated for pre and post surgical prophylaxis.

Ofloxacin is a broad-spectrum antibiotic agent that affects the following microorganisms: Gram-positive Bacteria Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Streptococcus pneumoniae. Gram-negative bacteria: Enterobacter cloacae, Haemophilus influenzae, Proteus mirabilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Serratia marcescens.

دواعي الإستعمال لعلاج التهاب القرنية الجرثومي والتهاب الملتحمة الجرثومي الحاد والمزمن والقرح البكتيرية والتهاب الجفن والتهاب الغشاء المخاطي والتهاب كيس الدمع والتهابات العين الأخرى التي تسببها السلالات الحساسة. كما يستطب للوقاية قبل وبعد الجراحة.

أوفلوكساسين هو عامل مضاد حيوي واسع الطيف يؤثر على الكائنات الحية الدقيقة التالية: البكتيريا إيجابية الجرام Staphylococcus aureus ، Staphylococcus epidermidis ، Streptococcus pneumoniae. البكتيريا سالبة الجرام: Enterobacter cloacae ، المستدمية النزلية ، Proteus mirabilis ، Pseudomonas aeruginosa ، Serratia marcescens.
